Locate the text and/or email from VETCOVE and log in
- Confirm all contact information is correct & update your payment information.
- If you have any current auto-ship orders, please locate the auto-ship tab in your profile and confirm all active auto-shipments have been transferred. If you have an auto-ship on a NON-PRESCRIPTION product; it will not have been transferred over. You will need to re-place these items on VetCove.
Once the above steps are completed in VETCOVE: You may click the (old) VetSource tab below to log in and cancel your auto-ship and inactivate your account.
